Ginger-Garlic Salmon
Servings: 4
Ingredients
12 oz salmon fillet, in 4 3-oz pieces
2 tsp grated fresh ginger or Spice World Ground Ginger
2 large garlic cloves, sliced thinly
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped chives
4 sprigs of fresh dill
pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Use a little bit of the olive oil to coat the bottom of a glass pan.
- Put the salmon fillets in the glass pan. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of the ginger over each fillet. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle the fillets with pepper if desired.
- Lay the garlic slices over the fillets. Sprinkle with the chives. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fillets (or spray on the olive oil with a Misto). Lay a sprig of fresh dill on each fillet.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
